QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a ”Production Manager” for our Factory Organization located in Balıkesir.

•           BSc. / MSc. in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

•           5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, managerial position experience in a factory organization.

•           Advanced level of English; both written and spoken

•           Experience in electromechanical production, machining, CNC and sheet metal processing

•           Strong leadership and team management skills, able to manage large organization

•           IT Skills, MS Office applications

•           Experience in ERP, MRP

•           Self-motivated, advanced communication skills, result oriented.

•           Strong problem solving and analytical skills

•           Active driver, B type driving license

•           Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certificate

Job Description

•           Daily following – up manufacturing processes

•           MPS (Master Production Schedule) Leadership

•           Organizing the meetings with reporting functions

•           Organizing the manufacturing operations as per Safety, Quality, Cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery KPIs.

•           Planning or organization of workshop floor flow, machinery, investment and maintenance.

•           Hiring, training and keeping team motivated.

•           Being manufacturing responsible for Quality System
